Pendants are an extremely affordable gift when buying them from Darla. They range from traditional flowers to picassolike flowers. All are one-of-a-kind. Ladies buy them for themselves and for their friends. Usually the small pendants fit in a greeting card given over a birthday lunch. What a treat!

The history of the pendant is as intriguing as the symbolism. We grow to choose how we present the clothes upon our body; it is a communicative tool — both decorative, protective and comfort giving. Social areas we frequent or visit will see this. Yes. It is material, girl! Pendants communicate status. Sometimes they actually stand for how we are feeling inside. We can be quite inventive to gather someone’s interest in what we wear. We smile and look into why they like the pendant, then strike up a conversation — with those who we would like to know a little bit about!
For me, I have not always worn pendants. There is a secret reason for this that at this time nobody ventures to guess why! When I create, the session is recreational artistry, the therapeutic use of my hands, I’m guided by an idea, texture and color. I imagine customers are seeking that special touch in their outfit.
